The entry form is linked above. $5 to enter, winner takes all.  The top categories are worth more points, and there are 11 categories in which to choose a winner.

The tiebreaker is to guess how long the show will last.  I really hope there is not still a tie after that, but if there is, then you both deserve to split the pot.

Please have your entry fee to me by Friday March 5th, and have your form filled out by 6 PM on Sunday March 7th.
